Lovely BUBU

BUBU Part 1
i met her in february 2007. That time we have few resumes on hand and waiting ppl to come for interview. One of our project going to have investor and need few ppl to handle.

After few interviews by my manager, H, out of hundreds resume, he throw only 2 resume to me, saying, these 2 not bad, have a look. One is lenglui bubu, another one not leng but have experience, just call her A.

H said, next interview u join too, becoz u are programmer so have to find someone who able to co-operate well with u. While waiting for them to come, all colleages and i reviewing their resume...when they saw bubu resume, they all say *leng lui oooo*.... =.= but i not finding lenglui, even H too, we are looking for someone who have the good attitude of work.


BUBU Part 2
When door bell ring, A comes in, after D (my another colleage) and i greet her, invites to sit, the interview start. Along the interview, we asked few questions but dunno why, she seems have done company projects, but even a simple question of php she cannot answer. Besides, there is nothing much speciality she able to show us not even her knowledge, her attitude too. She dun have much incentive on her previous job, what can we expect for her new job?

After an interview ended, H ask me what we think bout her. I said, her only good is she did company project before, so belive if really go into she should able to handle fast. H said, ok, let's wait and see another one.

Door bell ring, lenglui bubu comes in. Same as wat we did to the previous, greet, invites sit and interview start. We not expect much knowledge she in technical becoz she is fresh, so we questions more in other things regarding her thought in work. I found her special characteristic, activeness in her mind, crasyness in her soul, incentive of learning, the most important thing, i can predict we can co-operate well and will have fun in future, so, i choose her.


BUBU Part 3
Her programmer life start...days by days...and the more we get to work with her, the more surprize we got. She is fast, and able to give more than what we expected. She is very smart, and responsible. As what i predict before, she is a very good team member. She knows how to give her thought, know how to accept others suggestion, know how to adapt herself in new way of structuring programs she never saw before, she learn the most she can, work the most she can, and never let the team fall.

Our manager, H, also praise her in front of us. I likes her not only her work, we having a fun times in working too. She is a cute and easy going person. Happiness always be around her. Bubu had a lively sense of humor and can make people laugh the whole day. She wont hide her real feeling and very comfort to be with. Likes to bullied by ppl and likes to bully ppl =.= .... She likes online gaming too which is also one of my favorite ^^ We always enjoy gaming together, everyday having joyful lunch and sometimes dinner together.


BUBU Part 4
But...good time can't be long sometimes. We got a shocking news, the investor suddently quit the plan and the project can't be continue. We not a very big company, man power not much and financial just enough cover the basic...and there is something sad decision going on in management office. Management decide to release bubu...becoz she the only one fresh and havent be permanent. When H told me, i so sad...very very sad...so angry of the decision, I ask him is there any way to keep her...he said he tried his best, he likes the way she work too and keep pursueing management to keep her, until they have quarrel in the office.

But wat is reality? this is reality, the cruelness in business world..no $$ no talk... they really unable to support another staff for the current situation, bubu $$ actually is plan to come from the investment of the project, our self company projects return are not enough even to self-employees. The only unlucky to her is, she is just started and havent be a permanent employee, becoz of this she the only choices for them.


BUBU Part 5
When final decision have been made, my heart like broken..everyone sad when heard the news. But bubu, she pulak come comfort us not to be sad =.= ....At last, she leave the office with lots of appologize from our company.

One thing i want to say to u, u are good, have to be more confident on urself, i never find wrong person de. Anything can be happend in business world, i've seen alot. Be tough, and find your own path, never sad on any criticism and laugh from others. Wish u luck in ur job hunting, get a good job that u like and success in future.
